  • This role will require someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
This role will include but is not limited to:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Quoting, booking, and tracking shipments
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and continuous follow up to ensure resolution
  • Assist customers with tracking enquiries, problem solving and assisting to find solutions for deliveries or pickups that do not proceed as planned
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
