Description

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute summer STEM camps, school year programs, and other events and services.
  • Hire and train staff for summer camps and school year programs, ensuring they are equipped to provide a highquality experience for participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Manage inventory and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, providing staff with resources and guidance to succeed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, including our location partners, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to exchange information, address concerns, and manage crises.
  • Support the Birthday and Workshop Coordinator in planning and executing events.
  • Manage projects and develop new program initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating small to largescale projects.
  • Experience delivering children's summer camps and programming, or similar.
  • Skilled in training and managing a team of 630 seasonal staff, including mentoring and providing feedback.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams, for project management and communication.
  • Selfdirected, selfstarter who is able to work both independently and with a team.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture and quickly solve logístical problems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust working hours to accommodate work responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
  • Must submit and pass a criminal record check allowing you to work with children (at your expense)
  • Must hold or intend to complete Emergency First aid and CPR C (at your expense)
The Program Manager will work closely with our staff to ensure the success of our programs and services, as well as the satisfaction of our clients and staff


Pay:
$25-28 per hour with 4% paid-out vacation pay
