We are currently seeking a
_Leased Operator Contact_ to join our team in our
_Winnipeg Terminal_.

Summary

Reporting to the Divisional Controller, this position is responsible for the related administrative activities and accurate preparation of the Leased Operator payroll.

This position works primarily from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday. However, hours of work may vary depending on business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare Leased Operator payroll, advances
Organize and compile Leased Operator statements
Create, reconcile and audit journal entries for Leased Operator Payroll
Handle questions and concerns from Leased Operators
Complete account reconciliations
Distribution and filing of Leased Operators income statements and pay stubs
Gather and verify backup (timecards, trips sheets etc.) for payroll and billing
Prepare weekly Invoices for various customers
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles supported by a strong administrative background
High degree of accuracy required for data entry and analyzing reports
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements

Some of the physical demands may include, but not be limited to: pro-longed sitting and using a computer and telephone for entire shift etc.
