Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Creative Services & Information Coordinator oversees the project scheduling, time tracking and allocation of project requirements to art team members.


Essential Functions:


  • Coordinates the company's creative resources regarding custom project development, acts as liaison between the Design and Sales Departments
  • Supervises the implementation of all new projects, modifications and migrations.
  • Coordinates project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
  • Reallocates resources across multiple projects where necessary; identifies and resolves any resource allocation discrepancies.

  • Monitors project timelines and adjusts staffing levels as needed to ensure ontime project delivery.
  • Consults stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, input and expectations; incorporates these into project plans.
  • Negotiates with other business units to obtain required resources.
  • Overlooks image licensing requirements, sourcing, negotiating and verifying intellectual property requirements as needed on a projectbyproject basis.
  • Manages image archive, ensuring all standards are adhered to ex. coding, archiving, project summaries.
  • Other duties as assigned my management.

Education:
Bachelor's degree desirable; but equivalent work experience may be considered.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • A selfstarter with the ability to work independently without a significant supervision
  • Experience in project management, resource allocation according to talent and time requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understands client relations and understanding of client needs or ability to clarify same

Software Application and Technical Knowledge:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Office Professional specifically Excel, Sharepoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.
