VPC Group Inc., is looking for a skilled and experienced Process Tec to join our team. As a Process Tec, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:

Provide technical support, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve processes that already exist.
Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.
Lead a team of production personnel, providing support and guidance.
Ensure that all workers are always fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards.
Collect data and ensure that it is accurate.
Perform machine setup/shut down tasks.
Review and submit maintenance work order requests
Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.

Experience:

Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment
Strong technical/mechanical knowledge an asset with ability to trouble shoot
Background in Chemistry an asset

Skills:

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Ability to work productively with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and assess processes
Problemsolving skills
Results driven
Computer skills (MS Office)
