VPC Group Inc., is looking for a skilled and experienced Process Tec to join our team. As a Process Tec, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and mechanical knowledge.


Duties:


  • Provide technical support, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
  • Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve processes that already exist.
  • Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.
  • Lead a team of production personnel, providing support and guidance.
  • Ensure that all workers are always fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards.
  • Collect data and ensure that it is accurate.
  • Perform machine setup/shut down tasks.
  • Review and submit maintenance work order requests
  • Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.

Experience:


  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical/mechanical knowledge an asset with ability to trouble shoot
  • Background in Chemistry an asset

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to work productively with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and assess processes
