VPC Group Inc., is looking for a skilled and experienced Process Tec to join our team. As a Process Tec, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and mechanical knowledge.
Duties:
- Provide technical support, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
- Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve processes that already exist.
- Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.
- Lead a team of production personnel, providing support and guidance.
- Ensure that all workers are always fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards.
- Collect data and ensure that it is accurate.
- Perform machine setup/shut down tasks.
- Review and submit maintenance work order requests
- Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
Experience:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical/mechanical knowledge an asset with ability to trouble shoot
- Background in Chemistry an asset
