Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets, with a primary focus on the oil and gas sector.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly in the southern US region.
- Collaborate with the President of the company in setting sales objectives and forecasting market trends.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, providing reports and feedback to the President.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams in the company to ensure a unified approach to achieving business goals.
Qualifications:
- Significant sales experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably within power generation or a related field.
- Strong network of contacts within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the southern US.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using sales data to drive business decisions.
- High level of customer service orientation, with a track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
