They are currently seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the oil and gas sector to report directly to the company President and drive business expansion.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets, with a primary focus on the oil and gas sector.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly in the southern US region.
  • Collaborate with the President of the company in setting sales objectives and forecasting market trends.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, providing reports and feedback to the President.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the company to ensure a unified approach to achieving business goals.

Qualifications:


  • Significant sales experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably within power generation or a related field.
  • Strong network of contacts within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the southern US.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using sales data to drive business decisions.
  • High level of customer service orientation, with a track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
