Top Pre-Construction Real Estate Team is seeking an Executive Assistant

Must Have Minimum of 1 Year of Real Estate Experience

The right person will:


  • Have experience working in a highvolume real estate office
  • Be highly organized ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • Possesses strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Be adaptable to changes on the fly
  • Be proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Bonus if you're familiar with marketing software and CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Have a car and valid driver's license

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate worksheets and referral forms for agents and organize on google sheets and dropbox
  • Edit and maintain project marketing on dropbox (Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word)
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of Trades / Deal Sheets
  • Commission follow up from builders and coordination of cheque delivery to our office
  • Help complete postsale paperwork (Buyer Representation Agreement, Fintrac, etc.)
  • Prepare, send, and organize paperwork for listings, rentals, and sales and upload to MLS
  • Update Deals spreadsheet daily to track mortgage preapprovals, coop agreements, accuracy of trade sheet, invoice status, etc.
  • Create Spreadsheets to track inventory allocation and sales progress
  • Upload sales and listing paperwork to brokerage software

Required Skills:

- **Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)

  • DocuSign / Authentisign
  • MLS
  • Dropbox
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Business

Salary:
$42,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON M3C 0H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
