Accounts Receivable Specialist

Ajax, ON
- Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly Statements to customers
- New account opening in QuickBooks
- Buying group consolidations (United billing headquarters for multiple stores)
- Accounts receivable
- Collections
- Any billing issues that may arise with customers' accounts
- Key Account Management (Corporate Level accounts)
- Credit Card Processing
- Strong QuickBooks skills and demonstrated experience
- Exceptional knowledge of excel and demonstrated experience (Vlookup, Pivot table)
- Customer service skills for resolving any billing or payment issues
- A strong and demonstrated knowledge of accounting
- Bi lingual in French would be an asset, but not a requirement.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills with customers & fellow employee's
- Strong Organization skills
- Able to be focused, and work independently
Salary:
$23.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajax, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Accounts receivable
- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
