Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with problem analysis and problem definition. Lead and/or assist with the development of business cases.
  • Elicit, analyze, model, and document all types of requirements.
  • Facilitate sessions to define the desired processes and procedures and create process maps of the current and proposed solutions.
  • Configure systems to meet requirements.
  • Prepare training material and deliver training.
  • Perform system testing including designing and executing test cases.
  • Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Investigate and/or solve system issues reported by business users.
  • Participate in the improvement of business analysis and testing services at WCB.
  • Propose tools and processes to support requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated skills in workshop facilitation, requirements modeling, and BPMN.
  • Knowledge of system design methodologies and information technology system architecture.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience with SQL will be an asset.
