Position Summary
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales metrics for all site activities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and consultants for project progress updates
- Performs general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, scanning and filing.
- Prepare and coordinate invoices for approval
- Receive, answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Coordinate, collect and review proposal, quotations, and product sourcing for events (fundraising, site opening, launches, special events, )
- Maintain purchase contract files and work with external sales and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with salerelated notice requirements.
- Assist in the homeowner experience at time of project completion with homeowner manuals, key turnovers, homeowner gifts, and parking and locker allocation
- Ensure that high standards of appearance are maintained for all the presentation centers with supporting the onsite sales teams as required with supply orders
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
- Advance knowledge of office administration, and bookkeeping
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial
- Proficient at a high level on Word, Excel, CRM software
- 13 years experience in a sales coordinator role, or a similar rose
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Effective problem solving, data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and handle multiple projects working in a fastpaced environment
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Team oriented with ability to establish credibility
