Position Summary:

The position of Administrative Assistant will commit to incorporate our mission, vision, and our values, which are Compassion, Collaboration, Respect, Social Justice, Integrity and Stewardship, and uphold our ethical traditions as foundational aspects in all actions and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Secretarial/Administrative Assistant required
- Two (2) years of scheduling experience required (In supportive living environment preferred) Courteous in receiving and assisting residents, families, volunteer and visitors
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and desktop publishing programs
- Ability to set priorities, self motivated, able to work under pressure and deal with people in a conflict situation Ability to maintain good working relations with staff, public and outside agencies
- Flexibility with changes in the organization and maintain a positive outlook
- This position requires you to be vaccinated against COVID19 and all other required communicable diseases under Covenant Care's OHS policy
