Location: 500 Lakeshore Blvd West, Toronto
We have adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely).

Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 3 days a week, while spending the other 2 days in the office.


Why This Role is Important:

We are looking for a hardworking and independent co-op student to support the PC Mastercard Product Marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting the Product Marketing Manager with the delivery of campaigns from concept to execution.


What You'll Do:


  • Conduct competitive research and analysis on customer behaviour and postmortems to drive desired function for credit card portfolio, present insights and recommendations for products suite
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Creative Agency, Legal, Data team and other crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns
  • Drive customer behaviour using various tactics (campaigns, updates to their digital experience etc.)
  • Help support our communications strategy by supervising analytics and providing strategic recommendations to improve KPIs such as: open rate, click rate and click to open rate
  • Assist in monitoring, tracking, and communicating campaign reporting for Senior Management
  • Co-Collaborate with lines of business across PC Financial (product strategy, credit risk, digital) and external suppliers (e.g., marketing agencies) in support of various initiatives
  • Support regulatory/operational initiatives as required.
  • Support team with adhoc requests as needed
  • Proofread marketing materials for clarity, grammar and spelling

What You Bring

  • In school for marketing/business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Project Management and time management skills
  • Financial accumen
