We currently have a very exciting opportunity for an individual who has a positive and professional attitude to join us as a Inside Sales Representative.

What is the opportunity?_

  • To add to our team as an Inside Sales representative. You will be responsible for providing topnotch sales and service to our existing and potential customers. Our Inside Sales representative is key as we continue to expand. When you are not fulfilling this role, you will be rotating through general administrative and customer service duties as needed._

What will you do?

  • Respond timely to current and potential customer requests, identifying and escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales, shipping, and management team when required.
  • Work with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Attend trade shows as requested to represent our brand and build relationships with prospective customers.
  • Extensive knowledge of Z-LITE inventory, price, delivery, and fulfillment.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls to promote Z-LITE products. Proactively overcoming objections with creative solutions.
  • Analyze reports and customer data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Rotate into various roles as needed such as Administration, Customer Service, and Order fulfillment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Effective time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
  • Displays a high level of integrity and patience, taking ownership for successes and failures.
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, sitting.
  • The potential to travel cross border up to twice per year.
  • Top notch sales, customer service skills and telephone mannerisms.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency using MS Suites, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • A selfstarter who thinks "outside the box" and has a problemsolving mind set.
  • 12 years of proven Customer Service and Sales
  • A degree in Business would be considered an asset
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
