Salary:
$20 to $22 hourly for 40 hours per week

Education:

Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent experience.


What is the opportunity?


To join our team as an Order Desk Specialist you will be the main point of contact for all customer needs.

Assisting with placing orders, resolving issues, providing support. Our Order Desk specialists are a key element of our business.


What will you do?

  • Data Entry entering customer orders, updating customer accounts
  • Determine customers needs and provide appropriate assistance ensuring the customer is provided with an excellent customer service experience
  • Learn the product line and gain knowledge in how lighting works
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer experiences
  • Handle customer issues by providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Investigate claims and damages
  • Learn and understand defective and warranty policies and process claims
  • Issue return authorizations

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional communication skills including writing skills with attention to detail and grammar
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
  • Impeccable telephone mannerisms
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to learn new programs
  • High proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Display a high degree of integrity and patience
  • Willingness to take ownership of success and failures
  • The ability to accept feedback and grow from it
  • Think creatively and out of the box to solve complex issues
  • Ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
