    Description

    Job Description:

    The Web Chat Specialist at Gap in Toronto, Ontario will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chats on the company's website. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude. The Web Chat Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and handle any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities:
    - Manage online chats with customers in a timely and professional manner
    - Provide accurate and detailed information about products, promotions, and company policies
    - Process customer orders and returns
    - Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
    - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
    - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
    - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
    - Meet key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times

    Requirements:
    - A high school diploma or equivalent
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    - Reliable and hardworking individual
    - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
    - Ability to work as part of a team and independently
    - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
