    Job Description:
    We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto.

    The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate should have experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as experience in customer service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to management
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels
    • Assist with customer onboarding and training

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of customer service best practices
