Our client is an established Company located in
Langelier and is currently seeking a highly motivated, versatile, professional, and organized Assistant with experience to join their team.
The primary responsibilities include assisting in payroll preparation, verifying employee time records, processing expense account payments, and managing employee holidays.
Job Type:
- Fulltime 8:30 to 5 pm
- Permanent
- Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities:
Administrative support
- Data entry and record keeping, may need to enter data into a database or spreadsheet, such as customer or client information, inventory, or financial records. They may also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files.
Customer service skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers and clients.
- Fluent in English, knowledge in French tipping and writing
Formation et Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent (Desired)
- Must know Microsoft _
(Excel, Word, Office)._ - Flexibility and adaptability
- Must possess a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
