ENROLMENT REPRESENTATIVE
OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Enrolment, the Enrolment Representative ensures the accuracy of student records as they relate to registration.
The Representative will contribute to an atmosphere of continuous improvement by identifying areas of concern, suggesting process improvements, and testing new approaches using data to support change.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Maintain accurate student records as they relate to credit and noncredit registration processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with online registration and related software (e.g. Visual Schedule Builder).
- Identify and escalate systems issues and assist with maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure student records are kept in accordance with college policies and FOIP.
- Be on the lookout for process improvement opportunities.
- Use exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to a positive team culture.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A postsecondary certificate in business or related area; a diploma is preferred.
- 1 year of experience working with student records is preferred, including:
- Knowledge of admissions and registration processes.
- Use of a student information system (e.g. PeopleSoft).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills.

SALARY:
$42,099 - $52,745 reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. We're hiring for a cover-off position to December 2024 and a permanent position with the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE). Both include immediate access to our great benefits program and the permanent position includes particpation in our pension program.
