You like to keep busy and take pride when your site is sparkling clean and safe, both inside and out.

Sound like you? We are looking for a Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team in a part-time role at Waneta Plaza.

You are

Energetic, flexible, and reliable
Friendly, courteous, selfmotivated, and professional
A true multitasker
Someone who can work independently

You will

Sweep and mop floors
Vacuum carpets
Empty trash
Sanitize restroom and other high traffic areas
Snow clear in the winter and landscape in summer months
Complete general cleaning, as assigned
Respond to tenant and customer requests

You have

Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment and snow removal equipment (must have)
An openness to work with cleaning chemicals training will be provided
The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
The ability to make minor repairs throughout the shopping centre (preferred)

Workday

Permanent Part-Time, up to 24 hours per week, in addition to covering sick/vacation days
