Service Appointment Coordinator to join the Team.

About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, and as the champion of business development and appointment scheduling, this position is repsonsible to:

  • Answer Inbound calls with customer inquiries/appointment dates and times
  • Check frontline Dealership Service Appointment Calendar and properly schedule appointments
  • Outbound calling to confer with customers in order to provide information about recommended maintenance and services, warranty Recalls or Campaigns, overdue for service, service reminders, special order parts, missed appointments
  • Outbound calling with promotional offers to targeted customers for service
  • Schedule Service appointments
  • Conduct sales and service follow up calls, post delivery or post service appointment

About you

  • 13 years' customer service or call centre experience
  • Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership is considered an asset, but not required
  • Previous experience with Reynolds & Reynolds an asset, but not required
  • Must be willing to spend large portion of the workday making both inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Great verbal and written communication
