    We are looking for candidates with:

    • 2 years of experience in retail/customer service management
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving **abilities**
    • An entrepreneurial mindset along with exposure to a sales-centric environment
    • At least a High School diploma or GED

    Requirements:

    • Valid **identity** documentation as proof of your eligibility for **employment** in your application country
    • Flexibility to work full-time (often exceeding 40 hours per week) with varying shifts, including **early mornings**, evenings, weekends, and holidays
