Oakley Industries Sub Assembly Division, Inc. is an automotive supplier with eight plants in the Midwest area including Canada and the United States. We assemble wheels and tires in our plants and ship them in sequence to our customers.

Summary/Objective

The hi-lo driver position (also referred to as material handler) is responsible for moving inbound, inter-warehouse and outbound product in a manner that meets client standards for safety, quality, productivity and accuracy.

Shift:
Midnights

Work Days:
Sunday - Thursday (Occasional Overtime)

Hours: 10:20pm - 6:40am

Load and unload all inbound and/or outbound material, stocking, racking, packing, waste removal and additional warehouse functions.
Identify and escalate quality related issues at time of receiving to material's management team.
Utilize equipment including but not limited to yard spotter, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Assist with inventory accuracy by cross checking products and informing management of any discrepancies.
With appropriate cross training, provides as a backup support for other positions on an as-needed basis.
Ability to follow FIFO procedures.
Ability to connect how Oakley production impacts our customer satisfaction.
Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
Completes the daily safety checklist for the Hi-Lo and Yard Spotter, if required.
Adheres to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state and federal government regulations.
Complete other tasks as assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor's request.
