As an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist you will be required to:

  • Follow up on customer payments making collection calls on a regular basis
  • Post customer payments
  • Process and reconcile credit card payments
  • Generate client invoices
  • Weekly reconciliation of A/R trial balance
  • Assist with Corporate card reconciliation

Who we are looking for:


  • 35 years collections experience
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Syspro an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Decisionmaking ability
