Lambton College, a public community college in Ontario, has licensed parts of its curriculum to Cestar College of Business, Health and Technology to deliver programs in Toronto to international students.

Cestar College is currently seeking lab assistants in the Food Safety and Quality Assurance program lab, assisting the instructor and students in hands on activities and experinements for Lambton College in Toronto.

Requirements:

Educational backgroung in the field of Applied Sciences (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science).
Expertise in the field of food safety and quality assurance, specifically in a laboratory, demonstrate practical knowledge of food industry programs, auditing schemes and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of established, handson experience in food processing environment and operations at the plant level.
