The Canadian Press is seeking an enterprising journalist who wants to make an impact covering the news with speed and accuracy. Based in Halifax, the successful candidate will join an experienced group of journalists in our Atlantic bureau for a six-month contract to report and edit stories from the region. They will come to work armed with original ideas and creative ways to tell stories. We are looking for a self-starter who works well in a team setting, takes direction and feedback easily and always hits tight deadlines.

Basée à Halifax, la personne choisie se joindra à un groupe de journalistes expérimentés dans notre bureau de l'Atlantique pour un contrat de six mois afin de rapporter et réviser des nouvelles de la région.
