Description
Visionpool Business Services is hiring a REMOTE Project Manager who will:

  • Gather and develop project team members including definition of roles with assistance from Business Administration project team members
  • Plan and conduct kickoff meetings
  • Plan, facilitate and document all project meetings and conference calls
  • Obtain sign off of all deliverables
  • Monitor and communicate project status that includes project status updates, scope, and issue and risk management
  • Assist in issue resolutions including change requests through a change management process
  • Coordinate production implementation
  • Initiate project closure

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Demonstrated business analyst experience
  • Experience working with Scrum/Kanban or other Agile methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Experience managing both business and technical projects
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing medium to large sized projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
