What We Are Looking For:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with writing and editing communications and business development materials, such as presentations, practice area profiles, biographies and internal communications
- Assist with social media drafting and posting
- Prepare marketing and communications collateral for sponsored events and conferences
- Conduct research and respond to ad hoc requests from lawyers and staff
- Draft and review deal and case information for the firm's website, bios and practice area profiles
- Respond to marketing requests from lawyers, patent agents and assistants
- Work with various practice groups and lawyers on their business development strategies
- Attend practice group meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes
- Create and revise external communications using Vuture
- Coordinate the development, execution and ongoing needs related to the marketing of various firm programs, events and services
- Maintain and update the firm's website
- Support stakeholders in the communication and coordination of events
- Handle daily administrative tasks
- Produce the highest quality of work

Requirements:
- Successful completion of a postsecondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field
- Desktop publishing experience (InDesign) an asset
- Flexible to work overtime as required
- Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands
Skills:
- Desktop Publishing and Adobe design software experience an asset
- Experience with Zoom, Teams, Vuture and social media platforms
- Resilient with project management capability
