THE ROLE:


YOU ARE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Organize, enter details, and save documents into Salesforce to assess a company's financial situation
  • Analyze submissions to determine if they can be declined at an early stage
  • Keep track of the lifecycle of a deal by proactively completing due diligence tasks
  • Work with the proprietary data scoring model by verifying sales and carrying out credit checks on related business owners
  • Create agreements and verify customer details
  • Gather and synthesize the business information by reviewing different sources including internet search, credit, bankruptcy, and industry reports

WHAT YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE:


  • High school diploma or equivalent education (University/college degree is an asset)
  • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
  • Work experience in an Administrative or Financial role preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Comfortable in a busy operation and able to remain calm under pressure
  • French language skills are an asset
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
