THE ROLE:

YOU ARE:

- comfortable working independently as well as within a team

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Organize, enter details, and save documents into Salesforce to assess a company's financial situation
Analyze submissions to determine if they can be declined at an early stage
Keep track of the lifecycle of a deal by proactively completing due diligence tasks
Work with the proprietary data scoring model by verifying sales and carrying out credit checks on related business owners
Create agreements and verify customer details
Gather and synthesize the business information by reviewing different sources including internet search, credit, bankruptcy, and industry reports

WHAT YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE:

High school diploma or equivalent education (University/college degree is an asset)
Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
Work experience in an Administrative or Financial role preferred
High level of computer literacy
Comfortable in a busy operation and able to remain calm under pressure
French language skills are an asset
Experience with Salesforce is an asset
