Core Purpose and Essence of the position: Maintaining a level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility while maximizing space utilization. Ensuring products are accurately stocked, recorded, and stored.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

_Reconciliation of Inventory:
_:
- Create stock check for multiple clients based on their specifications e.g., ABC classification, location, or stock comparison report.
- Reconcile and investigate all the variances between physical count and system counts.
- Reconcile all the damages, systematically and physically
- Create empty location check files.
_Inventory Analysis/Audits:
_:
- Investigate and resolve variances on stock comparison report for the respective clients and all locked locations in the system.
- Investigate and reply to client(s) for any of the shortages or overage claim(s)
- Check, investigate and resolve daily all SKUs in suspense locations
- Verify pack configuration of SKU's, systematically, physically & update system, if needed
- Perform bay audits if needed

Inventory Adjustment:

- Perform all the adjustments physically and systematically, as needed based on client's recommendation or needs
- Assign pick faces to old and new SKU's as per velocity report

People Management:
_:
- Be the point of contact person on the floor for any of the operational issues.
- Update all the errors made the employees on weekly error file and send update to Inventory Manager.
- Perform and respond to client for any special reports, request, or investigation.
- Provide work Instructions to 35 Inventory Associates based on Manager's direction and resolve their issues on floor
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Collaborate with the team to resolve any inventory discrepancies

Office Suite:

Must also possess intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook*- Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
