Job description:

Our company is looking for an individual with cleaning experience to clean common areas in an apartment building in north Waterloo every Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours (mornings preferred).

We are looking for an emphasis on reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for friendly and professional people.

Tasks to complete will be cleaning windows, sweeping, mopping, cleaning the elevators, moving compactor bins around, changing garbages, vacuuming, etc.

Job requirements:

Responsibilities:

Handling keys and FOB's
Setting up the elevator for elevator bookings
Working in a safe manner
Reporting any unsafe conditions
Use personal protective equipment as required
Monitoring levels of supplies

Working conditions:

The applicant must be available every Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours each day.

Skills:

Attention to detail
Experience cleaning windows, bathrooms, elevators (stainless steel)
Ability to switch around garbage compactor bins in garbage room (not necessary, but an asset)
Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone
Ability to lift 44 lbs (not necessary, but an asset)
Managing their time effectively
Strong work ethic
Able to follow schedules and checklists
Self starter
Organized
Communication skills

Salary:

$18.50/hr to start
