Who are we seeking to join our team?
GoCo is seeking an experienced P&C analyst for it's Montreal or Toronto office.

You will contribute to the team by performing the following:

Provides direct support to P&C as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of P&C-related transactions
Act as the GoCo Wellness and Engagement Prime within TELUS; lead the GoCo internal Engagement committee; prime the annual Engagement Survey
Pulsecheck
Act as the GoCo Time Administrator' liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Generate reports and provide analytical information to the P&C Director
Regular audit on records of personnelrelated data (org structure, job titles, leaves, hiring/ turnover rates, etc.)
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Assist in adhoc P&C projects
Represent the brand externally and internally
Other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the team?

Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or P&C related field
Minimum 23 years of previous experience in technical recruitment
Must be fluent in French & English, written & spoken
Must have a solid understanding of the telecommunication industry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook, along with the ability to use an Applicant Tracking System
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize
