Once you're here, you'll contribute:

First Impressions and Member Services: Your friendly face is the first our members and guests will encounter when they arrive at And-Co As a Hospitality Coordinator, your primary focus will be on welcoming members and guests with warmth and professionalism. You'll greet visitors, assist with check-ins, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued. You will also be responsible for reception of deliveries, mail, virtual mail, and general member service queries.

Reservation Assistance: You'll learn the ropes of managing reservations. This includes handling space bookings, managing adjustments, and ensuring accurate guest information.

Café Front of House and Barista: We have a unique space and want to create unique experiences, so part of your role will include morning barista service in our on-site café. Every interaction matters, as does caffeine, so here's an excellent opportunity every day to connect with your members and guests. Let your friendliness and personality shine here

Event Support: While you won't be organizing large-scale events initially, you will assist with event logistics and coordination. This might involve setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and supporting your team ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Facility Readiness, Preparation and Maintenance: You will play a crucial role in preparing meeting rooms, common work areas, shared & event spaces. You'll help keep spaces tidy, restock supplies, and report any maintenance issues.

Problem Solving: As issues arise, you will learn to address them promptly. Whether it's a guest request or a minor problem, your resourcefulness and ability to find solutions will be essential.

Technical Support: We have integrated technology that encourages and enables a productive and collaborative work environment, whether experienced in-person or virtually. Your technical savvy will allow you to troubleshoot anything from meeting room and event AV to shared printers, and Wi-Fi access.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members, preferred partners, and vendors.

Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the small details—like ensuring fresh guest amenities and clean surfaces—will contribute to member satisfaction.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from members and use it to improve services. Your insights matter, and your ability to successfully implement changes to enhance their overall experience is key.

Remuneration:


  • Base salary guideline is between $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, matched to evidenced skills and experience.
  • Incentivebased comp will be tied to base salary
  • Wellness will be $2,500 participation in Arpeg's Enhanced Health and Dental Benefit plan, supporting selfdirected health.
