Primary Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct process gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the gaps, leveraging Microsoft Navision and Microsoft F&O capabilities.
  • Design and document future state business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring processes and systems meet business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and system implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of process issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with business users, process owners, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations based on business requirements and user feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying areas for process optimization and recommending innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and handson experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Navision and Microsoft F&O.
  • Indepth understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Knowledge of industrystandard business process frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with business process reengineering and process optimization.

Work Conditions

  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components.
  • Ability to work in Canada
  • Ability to Travel to Mastronardi, Vendor, Customer sites as necessary.
  • Travel between Kingsville, Ont., and Livonia, MI., may be frequent.
  • Travel to other Mastronardi, Customer, or Vendor locations is less than 10%.
