Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable process improvement initiatives.
Conduct process gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the gaps, leveraging Microsoft Navision and Microsoft F&O capabilities.
Design and document future state business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.
Identify and implement process automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring processes and systems meet business needs and requirements.
Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and system implementations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives.
Conduct root cause analysis of process issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Foster strong relationships with business users, process owners, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations based on business requirements and user feedback.
Support continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying areas for process optimization and recommending innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge and handson experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Navision and Microsoft F&O.
Indepth understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion.
Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
Knowledge of industrystandard business process frameworks.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
Experience with business process reengineering and process optimization.

Work Conditions

Sitting for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components.
Ability to work in Canada
Ability to Travel to Mastronardi, Vendor, Customer sites as necessary.
Travel between Kingsville, Ont., and Livonia, MI., may be frequent.
Travel to other Mastronardi, Customer, or Vendor locations is less than 10%.
