Job Summary_


We are looking to hire an experienced full-time
Manufacturing Manager who will—while reporting to the VP Operations—lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the department.

What We Expect From You:
Duties & Responsibilities
_

  • Responsible for overall efficiency and quality of a vertically integrated "box build" manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to meet scheduled manufacturing order dates
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate regarding manufacturing orders and individual sales order status.
  • Experienced working in a buildtoorder environment.
  • Collect, compile, analyze, develop, and report data on product assembly status
  • Support new product development DFM process from prototype to full production status.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards
  • Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards
  • Lead and participate in process problemsolving and risk assessment
  • Responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration requirements
  • Ensure adequate process audits are implemented and applied accordingly

What You Bring to

Adamson Systems:
Education, Skills & Experience
_

  • 5 years of experience in an electromechanical assembly line environment.
  • Previous experience in managing personnel within electronics and final assembly environment.
  • Experience with 1piece flow manufacturing using MRP
  • Experience managing quality assurance processes
  • Experienced in managing workflow scheduling.
