Scrum Master/Analyst

CloudRaker is looking for a hybrid
Scrum Master/Analyst to join our growing team. This unique role will combine the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and an Analyst, providing a key leadership role within our agile software development teams and facilitating critical functional analysis functions.

As Scrum Master/Analyst, you will have the opportunity to improve the productivity of many CloudRaker employees. You will work closely with employees across diverse locations, supporting multiple departments within the company. Your communication and technical skills will be key to your success.


With offices in Montreal and Toronto we specialize in delivering leading-edge technology solutions that connect consumers, patients & citizens through unified digital platforms.

We specialize in Retail, Health and looking to achieve sustainable growth in highly competitive markets. This position is currently a full-time hybrid position with office presence required.


Your day-to-day will be:


  • As a Scrum Master (40%):
  • Facilitate and manage the scrum process in coordination with the scrum team: scheduling and facilitating scrum events (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective).
  • Guide and coach the scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver highquality products and services.
  • Remove impediments or guide the team in doing so to enable them to meet their sprint goals.
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be addressed without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, focusing on problem solving.
  • Promote selforganization and growth within the team, helping to establish a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work with Product Owners and Project managers to help manage the product backlog, ensuring the team's work is aligned with the product's roadmap.
  • As an Analyst (60%):
  • Collaborate with various business units and technical teams to gather and analyze business and or functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including data mapping, workflows, and user stories.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
  • Document user stories to multidisciplinary teams and define the businessdriven acceptance criteria.
  • Support Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service.

You have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment on Digital projects, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.

  • Comfortable networking and talking with anyone;
  • Able to work independently and collaborate well;
  • Humble and passionate to get better every day;
  • Able to speak fluently in French and English.

Nice to have skills:


  • Experience working as a project manager.
  • Experience working as a product owner.
  • Technical background (delivery, operation, programming).
  • Experience delivering complex websites, mobile apps and platforms.
