The company is located in a newly renovated office in Saint-Laurent QC.

Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.

Server Management: Administer servers in multi-platform environments, including virtualization environments.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT-related projects. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders.
-
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
-
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Handson experience with AD, DHCP, DNS, File server, and other IT essentials.
Good knowledge of network environments, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocol, routers, and switches.
Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suites.
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Visual2000, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in French and English.
