  • This position is a Building Operator role based in Edmonton._
About You

You are a great teammate that thrives with delivering top quality customer service to our clients.

You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing, supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems.

You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive.

You also understand that given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives.

This role may require emergency procedures trainings at multiple locations.

What you bring- 2-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment- 5th or4th class Power Engineering Certification- Strong communication and customer service skills

Bonus skills and experience- Ability to multi-task and be responsive to time sensitive tasks- Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours


What success looks like- You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group.- You work with mínimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.
