Description
Additive Manufacturing Technician
Responsible for the setup and operation of 3D printing metal additive manufacturing processes including:
- Setting up new builds and removing finished builds;
- Transferring and managing consumable powder;
- Maintaining builds in process;
- Part post processing and finishing;
- Equipment and facility housekeeping and maintenance;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Flexible hours of work and overtime will be required to accommodate optimization of manufacturing processes;
- Conform to all quality, safety, and human resource policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- No specific education needed;
- No specific training needed;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Mechanical inclination;
- The commitment and ability to follow procedures to work safely, efficiently, and in a controlled manner, while operating physically demanding manufacturing equipment.
