What will you work on?

How will you create impact?

Reconcile customer deduction in SAP, High Radius and Salesforce
Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure proper support is provided to process deductions in SAP.
Run and analyze SAP reports to ensure the trade spend deductions are attributed to the appropriate subsidiaries.
Process credit notes in multiple subsidiaries associated to trade spend.
Work closely with customers to resolve any discrepancies.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
Partner closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure that deductions on the accounts receivable subledger are correctly coded.
Support quarterly review and year end audit.
Followup through resolution for all invalid deductions, and credit balances per established timelines.
Process intercompany transactions as needed (relating to A/R deductions).
Perform ad hoc reports and other tasks/projects as assigned.

What are your skills and experience?

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline
4+ years' experience in a public company setting, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry.
Accounts Receivable and Deductions resolution experience is an asset.
Experience with SAP is mandatory.
Experience with HighRadius is an asset.
Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office and advanced level Excel skill (pivots, vlookups, and advanced formulas)
