HR CoordinatorPosition Overview:
Revenue Management Labs is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as an HR Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient HR operations.
This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The HR Coordinator will report to the People Lead and work closely with other members of the team.Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare HRrelated documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials, conducting employee orientations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department and the executive team, including scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining an inventory log for IT equipment, and ordering catered meals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in an HR coordinator or an EA is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
