Position Highlights

If you are passionate about providing exceptional, industry-leading customer service, we want you to join our Driver Licensing

Office as a Client Service Representative, for a 6-months temporary position in Abbotsford. This in-person customer facing

position plays a significant role in processing various licensing transactions for our customers.

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include problem solving to determine whether requirements for

driver's license renewals, duplicates and BCID cards have been accurately met. You will work with customers to understand

their licensing needs and to handle escalations as they arise. This role requires customer service skills and the ability to pay

attention to detail while ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced environment filled with interruptions. You must be able to drive

regularly in moderate to heavy traffic.

This is a Temporary Full-Time position with shifts scheduled within our hours of operation: Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to

4:30 pm

Position Requirements


What you bring:


  • Customer service experience
  • Experience handling cash in a fast paced, transactional environment.

Additional Requirements:


  • Completed grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
preferred though not a mandatory requirement

  • Successful completion of a data entry test
  • Formal review of criminal and driving record check
