Restaurant Supervisor - Saskatoon, Canada - Park Town Hotel
Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties.
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met.
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings, specials and individual ingredients.
- Scheduling restaurant staff.
- Delegate tasks to team and provide followup.
- Proactively assist fellow staff members.
- Engage each and every guest to ensure customer satisfaction is provided.
- Close registers, ensuring tills are balanced.
- Hiring and training.
- Schedule flexibility is a must as this position requires some AM and PM shifts.
- Communicate with FOH manager on a consistent basis.
- Assisting with store inventory and ordering.
- SERVER/BARISTA responsibilities.
- Reducing operational costs.
- Increasing productivity.
- Discuss, plan and implement new policies with FOH manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solver.
- Previous experience in a fastservice restaurant management role.
- Ability to work all shifts we schedule to "guest need".
- Ability to crosscommunicate with front and back of the house.
