Kingsway Academy is an international boarding high school located on campus of King's University College at Western University. The school offers Grade 10-12 OSSD courses to international students.

Now we are looking for an International Student Counselor who can speak Chinese to provide counselling to our students from China.

Job Title:
Student Counsellor

Position Duties:

Process registration for new students,

Provide help and services to new students

Provide supporting services for students daily life

Provide counselling for academic, university admission,

communicate with student's parent in Vietnam when neccesary

Organize student activities

Manage students files

Communicate among academic, marketing and accounting departments

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Speak Chinese is mandatory
Working experience in Canadian or Chinese high school is mandatory
Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and care
Sense of urgency and good time management skills
Ability to work as a member of a team and also as an individual
Share in the values and identity of Kingsway : deeply caring; ethical; accountable; accessible; expert; integrity
Availability for necessitating work during evening and weekend hours.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
