Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our team.

As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behavior, needs, and motivations to inform the design and development of our products.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of illumin by leveraging your expertise in UX research.

What You Will Do:

Plan, conduct, and analyze user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other relevant methodologies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user insights into the product development process.
Develop and maintain research protocols, ensuring consistency and reliability in research methods across projects
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX research, and contribute to the evolution of our research processes.
Effectively communicate research findings and insights to diverse stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for product improvement.

What You Will Need:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.

- proficiency in a variety of research methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
