We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Office Administration Manager to join our team.

What is the Job?:
- Improve the employee performance evaluation plan.
- Manage the recruitment process, attracting and retaining highcaliber employees.
- Developing compensation strategy.
- Implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant regulations and policies, maintaining positive labor relations.
Qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree, with a major in HR management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR. Expertise in employee performance evaluation and compensation would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Some understanding of the immigration industry would be an asset.
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
