职位要求 Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关领域专业背景。Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Human Resource Management or a related field.

2. 至少2年人力资源专业经验,具备员工绩效考核和薪酬设计经验。Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in human resources, with expertise in employee performance evaluation and compensation design.

3. 出色的沟通和协调能力,团队合作精神。Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong spirit of teamwork.

5. 熟悉相关法规和劳动法规定。 Familiarity with relevant regulations and labor laws.
