We have 2 positions to fill. The first one will report to Jack Crawford and the second to Sonia Grégoire.

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be a key player, responsible for gathering our business partner's needs and translate them into technical requirements for the BI team.

You will also support and guide our partners and present recommendations aligned with their needs.


How you will create impact:


  • Extract data as required for project analysis or analysis of our book of business using BI tools or programming language (SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy).
  • Based on an analysis of data and insurance business knowledge, compile and present insightful stories to explain broad business situations.
  • Document detailed business requirements including data, security, Dashboards, Visual Insight and Self Service reporting requirements.
  • Construct, test, reconcile and document BI solutions, including MicroStrategy dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct workshops with different stakeholders to gather the business needs and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Be the point of contact and manage various relationships with our internal partners.

To join our team:


  • You have 7 years of relevant experience in the Business intelligence field.
  • You have a strong understanding of complete data development life cycle.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy and Azure Synapse is required.
  • You have experience working in agile.
  • You have a University Degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent technical experience.
