What can I expect to do in this role?: In this challenging position you will:
- enter, update and track information
- produce a variety of correspondence and answer queries about case files
- coordinate your work with staff and clients to expedite processing
- ensure legislated time frames and confidentiality are maintained
How do I qualify?:
Mandatory:
- You must possess oral and written French language skills at the advanced level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.
Computer Skills:
Technical Knowledge:
- you have sound understanding of legal concepts and terminology
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- you have excellent oral and written communication skills to provide and explain procedures, respond to enquiries, follow up on issues and resolve discrepancies
- you can build relationships with clients and staff
Other Essential Skills:
- you are able to efficiently prioritize and manage diverse work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment
- you are detail oriented and able to produce accurate work
- you use tact and judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- you can work independently and in a team
