The Opportunity

The Team
The role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be an integral member of the Marketing team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales patterns and business priorities, creating marketing and advertising materials, plans, and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating presentations, materials, creative assets, and copy decks
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphic design, photography and video vendors, 3D artists, and various technology partners
  • Assist with community management across all social media platforms that engage audiences and insert the parent brand and product brands into relevant online and offline conversations.
  • Monitor competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; understand trends and customer priorities
  • Plan meetings and assist with trade shows and other event marketing activities
  • Update job knowledge by closely following the agricultural sector and participating in relevant educational opportunities; reading trade publications
  • Work with marketing teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign
  • Identify the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and should be able to work from May 1, 2023 to August 31, 202
  • Familiarity with the agricultural industry is an asset
  • Must be a dynamic individual who is comfortable in a fastpaced environment and matrix organization
  • Must be independent and selfdirected
  • Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches
  • Excellent team player and problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Knowledge of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Should be comfortable with a Hybrid Work Setting
  • Travel to the office or other locations as required
