Your job

  • Manage a team of 2 managers dedicated to IT/Ops related to credit card granting processes
  • Implement strategies to improve and optimize the performance of the Cards Domain granting processes
  • Achieve the improvements desired by the LOB on the granting processes (CCIA, CCOA, Commercial, Companies)
  • Define and implement a strategy for monitoring grant processes (Business and Technology)
  • Maintain the stability of the granting process and ensure that initiatives are prioritized to improve this stability
  • Enable your team to excel by setting and monitoring performance goals
  • Collaborate with other domains to ensure seamless integration of new features with process contributors and users (Ops, CEC, EMC, etc.)
  • Ensure strategic monitoring to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Establish your team's workforce planning needs
  • Act as a facilitator between partners (Sales Force, LOB, OPS, IT, Domain Cards)
  • Actively participate in planning forums in other areas
  • Mobilizing and advancing the IT-PAHO synergy.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Cards and Credit Risk.

Prerequisites

  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery context
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of the IT asset portfolio, its availability, operational support and associated budgets
  • Have the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously and external suppliers in your previous roles
  • Experience in process and operations optimization
  • Experience in technologies (SAP, WEB, ECM, Master Client, SDLC)
  • Industryrelated bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or industryrelated master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the Cards Domain would be an asset.
